Mark Henry MSc (Director)

Mark lived and worked in England from 1994 until 2007.

Mark started his career as a fitness instructor before becoming a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage therapist in Nottingham, Milton Keynes, Oxford and Liverpool.

At the ripe old age of 27, Mark started his degree before going on to complete his Masters Degree in Exercise and Health Science.

Mark says about his career "I have learnt very quickly that it's not how smart you are, but the work you put in".

Lois has a vast amount of experience within the corporate sector holding roles such as as Fitness Instructor, Sales Manager, General Manager and Regional Director of the following companies David Lloyd, Fitness First, Esporta, LA Fitness.

Lois has a passion for driving sales and marketing within gyms/health clubs and can generate extra income from a structured sales plan.
