  2. Award in Employment Awareness in Active Leisure & Learning Certificate in Personal Training

Your apprentices are undertaking training in their chosen career; they will be motivated and work efficiently and effectively for your business. By employing an apprentice your business can develop specialist skills that help keep you abreast of new technology. You will also receive an employer incentive of £500 when the apprentice has completed the full framework.

Eligibility Criteria
 
There are a number of eligibility criteria but the fundamental requirements are:
                                                  
  1. You must be aged 16+
  2. You must be in employment within the Leisure Industry
  3. You must be contracted to a minimum number of 21 hours per week
  4. You must have no further or higher education qualifications (e.g. Degree, Diploma in Higher Education etc)
 
We aim to provide apprentices with the knowledge, understanding and competence to work at a high level within the Health, Fitness, Sport & Leisure industry, while also encouraging the direct involvement of employers in training key personnel.
