| Why does Leisure Industry Academy have the SkillsActive and REPs logo on their website? |

Leisure Industry Academy is the only company in Ireland to pass the vigorous fitness technical expert group. We have developed several courses that will give you the CPD need for your REPs membership. Through the endorsement committee, technical expert group and The Register of Exercise Professionals, each body have endorsed our training courses. |

Why does Leisure Industry Academy have REPs points against some of their own courses? |

We have met the national occupational standards. These are produced as a suite of units for each occupational area fitness. The unit structure allows for easy identification of the relevant NOS for a particular role. National occupational standards have been developed for the majority of industrial and occupational sectors in the UK |

How long does the certification process take? |

| Providing you have completed your Portfolio/LAP and have been successful on your Practical Assessment, we can start with your certification. This can be a lengthy process which can take anywhere from three to six months. |

When can I expect to get my external exam results? |
|---|
All external exams are marked externally, by the awarding body. When you complete your exam, your answer sheet will be sent to the awarding body (England) E.G Active IQ, who will then proceed to mark it before emailing the results back to us. We will then contact you regarding the outcome. This can take anywhere between three and five weeks. |

Where can I study? |

We have international endorsed qualifications that will give you a truly global fitness education plan. You can learn at many different sites to become a Personal Trainer or become a Fitness Instructor at Belfast, Armagh, Derry, Cork, and Dublin. You can now complete our courses in Republic of Ireland. We also offer our Fitness Diploma and Personal Trainer Diploma along with our Personal Trainer Certificate at all our Ireland sites.
