Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
develop and maintain Leisure Industry Academy customer database
generate and qualify leads for new or repeat sales such as CPD’s
source and develop client referrals
prepare sales action plans and schedules (Around P&L)
develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
plan and conduct direct marketing activities with directors
make sales calls to new and existing clients
develop sales proposals for directors on new concepts
present sales contracts to new students
maintain sales activity records and reports (weekly and monthly)
respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
follow up on sales activity and lost lead
quality checks on product and service delivery via our website
monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
conduct market research and surveys with existing courses
participate in sales events and outreach events
monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Education and Experience
knowledge of the leisure industry is key
knowledge of principles and practices of sales
knowledge of customer service principles
knowledge of basic business principles
experience in sales
experience in making presentations
proven ability to achieve sales targets
