Sales Position with LIA
 
  • You are responsible for appointment drive in Northern Ireland for the public and private sector
                 Mark – funding providers…mark does his own bookings
                 Lois – leisure centres and private health clubs
 
          You will be vital
 
  • You are responsible of building the database for Republic of Ireland
          There is a contact sheet that we need you to build upon
 
  • To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of Leisure Industry Academy courses.
 
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • develop and maintain Leisure Industry Academy customer database
  • generate and qualify leads for new or repeat sales such as CPD’s
  • source and develop client referrals 
  • prepare sales action plans and schedules (Around P&L)
  • develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
  • plan and conduct direct marketing activities with directors
  • make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • develop sales proposals for directors on new concepts
  • present sales contracts to new students
  • maintain sales activity records and reports (weekly and monthly)
  • respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
  • ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • follow up on sales activity and lost lead
  • quality checks on product and service delivery via our website
  • monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
  • conduct market research and surveys with existing courses
  • participate in sales events and outreach events
  • monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
 
 
Education and Experience
  • knowledge of the leisure industry is key
  • knowledge of principles and practices of sales
  • knowledge of customer service principles
  • knowledge of basic business principles
  • experience in sales
  • experience in making presentations
  • proven ability to achieve sales targets
